These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Royal Spa Dhaka services, including website usage, appointment bookings, and spa services. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Booking & Appointments

By booking an appointment with Royal Spa Dhaka, you agree to the following terms:

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person
  • We require a 20% deposit for all advance bookings to secure your slot
  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability
  • You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

Important Notice

Our therapists' time is valuable. No-shows or last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other clients. Please be considerate.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change, but we have implemented the following policy to ensure fairness:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full deposit refund or transfer to future booking
  • Cancellation 6-24 hours before: 50% of deposit retained as cancellation fee
  • Cancellation less than 6 hours before: Full deposit forfeited
  • No-shows: Full service charge applicable, deposit forfeited
  • Emergency cancellations: Medical emergencies accepted with documentation

3. Payment Terms

All payments are subject to the following terms:

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad)
  • Credit card payments may have a 2.5% processing fee
  • Gift certificates and vouchers must be presented before service
  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

4. Client Conduct & Safety

For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff:

  • Appropriate conduct is required at all times
  • Our therapists have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately
  • Any form of harassment will result in immediate termination of service and possible legal action
  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for medical safety reasons
  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Zero Tolerance Policy

Royal Spa Dhaka maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of inappropriate behavior. Our staff are trained professionals, and their safety and dignity are our priority.

5. Health & Medical Considerations

Massage therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Please note:

  • Consult your physician before booking if you have serious health conditions
  • Inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions
  • Pregnant clients must provide doctor's clearance for certain services
  • We are not liable for any complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions
  • Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality:

  • All client information is kept confidential
  • Treatment rooms are private and soundproofed
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent
  • Security cameras are only in public areas, never in treatment rooms
  • Your visit details remain strictly confidential

7. Liability & Limitations

Royal Spa Dhaka's liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items
  • Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products unless disclosed
  • Clients use facilities at their own risk
  • Force majeure events may result in service cancellations without liability

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically:

  • Terms are effective from the date of posting
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
  • Major changes will be communicated via email or website notice
  • Previous versions remain archived for reference

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Bangladeshi law:

  • Any disputes will be subject to Dhaka jurisdiction
  • We prefer to resolve issues amicably before legal proceedings
  • Complaints should first be addressed to management at info@royalspadhaka.com
  • We aim to respond to complaints within 48 hours
